Survey subcontracted in service bureau

Most of our customers purchase Snap. Nevertheless, should you only want to execute a survey from time to time, you may prefer to have us do it for you. Most of the time, we will produce an electronic questionnaire and have it installed either on your website or host it on our server. afterwards, you receive the analyses and a report (typically an action plan). This is the procedure...

1. You place the order
This pricing supposes all communication regarding the project can be done by phone and email.
The customer supplies the questions in Word format.
Should a visit be necessary, it will be invoiced at a fixed price of 200 € (in Belgium).

2. The survey
The customer himself sends out the invitations to the respondents (by email containing a hyperlink to the questionnaire,
residing on a public website or intranet)
The questionnaire may reside either on our website (2 to 3 weeks) or on the customer's server.
If need be, we can organize the email invites for the customer (at an additional cost).

3. The Reporting
The reporting includes :
- tables and graphs contained in a .snr file, which can be consulted/copied/printed using the (free) Viewer.
- all 'raw' data will be supplied in an Excel-file.
All these files will be sent by email to the customer.

4. Invoicing
Is done at the moment of the publishing of the questionnaire on the web site (15 days payment terms).
