Survey applications

Snap is being used voor all kinds of surveys. Here we only mention a few specific domains in which we have a very strong experience within Snap-Benelux (see also under the Tab 'References'):

1. Hospitals

Many hospitals use Snap for all kinds of Satisfaction surveys (patients, staff). Snap-Benelux has a number of off-the-shelf solutions available (i.e. questionnaire, analyses, reporting) for a.o. Patient satisfaction, Staff satisfaction, Safety culture, Safety Incidents Reporting, Palliative care,... 

2. Care homes

Snap-Benelux offers standard solutions for Resident and family satisfaction, Staff satisfaction, Mentor (Representatives of Alzheimer patients) and Service flats. These solutions are also available through our Service bureau activity (see Tab Care).

3. Marketing consultants

Evidently Snap-Benelux has a good number of marketing consultant customers. They use Snap within the services they are offering to their clients for all kinds of marketing help.

4. Education

Several universities use the Snap Campus Edition in their research activities as well as e.g. for helping students to compile their thesis.
